Simon Lau

Simon is a seasoned leadership and organisational development professional, with over 20 years' experience in corporate and consulting roles.He works with leaders and management teams to help them become clear about their identity and create strategies and actions for sustainable impact in a world of distraction and noise. Simon specialises in creating stillness and space to develop leadership which is contextual, relational and connected. He is also passionate about using human-centred design in executive education to accelerate problem solving and build cultures of innovation.He has enjoyed an international career working in financial services and consulting firms to align people to strategy through capability identification, assessment and leadership and organisational development. Most recently, he was the Group Head of Leadership and Team Effectiveness for Technology and Retail Banking at Standard Chartered Bank.Prior to this, Simon held a variety of roles in Merrill Lynch, Hewitt Associates, Korn Ferry and HSBC.
